Maya Workforce helps U.S. employers address staffing shortages and turnover across seasonal, skilled, and long-term roles.
We combine workforce planning, international and domestic recruiting support, and practical guidance on employment-based immigration pathways so employers can move from constant backfilling to a more stable talent model. Our recruiting reach includes Vietnam, the Philippines, Cambodia, Indonesia, China, and other Asian markets.

Provide support from an EB-3-aware recruiting and client service team, coordinated with licensed U.S. attorneys responsible for immigration filings.
